Questions

All the FAQs
Which surfaces is it for?

Everyday hard surfaces around the home. The label lists exactly where to use it and where not to. When in doubt, test a small hidden patch first.

Is the bottle refillable?

Refill formats are planned. We will confirm details before launch, and this page will say so plainly when they are ready.

Is it safe around kids and pets?

Treat it like any cleaning product: follow the label, store it out of reach of children and pets, and keep it in its original bottle.

What is the Mess Report?

It is our planned refill plan: pick how often you want a top-up (every 4, 8 or 12 weeks), and we send a reminder before anything ships. Skip, pause or cancel any time. It goes live with checkout.
